I enjoyed it, but given the Egyptian source of the relic, I wish there was an ending where you could either: get garfield drunk to defeat him, as Ra did to Sekhmet when she couldn't stop killing people (by making him a bloody mary?), or throwing the relic in the trash instead of the oven, summoning heathcliff (trash is a thing in the heathcliff comic and heathcliff would presumably be the Bastet to garfield's Sekhmet if for no other reason than the amount of kittens he's fathered in his comic, since Bastet was the goddess of fertility among other things) who'd fly away with him using the gum (another thing in the heathcliff comic) perhaps while wearing a helmet labelled BASTET (labelled helmets, shirts, and flags are also a big thing in the heathcliff comic).
I also wish there was a reaction from garfield to trying to run away when outside and he should also react when you use firepower against him instead of the targets or lasagna monsters. Especially when you run away after the game is over and you're wearing the headphones, at which point reaching the edge of the map should exit the game.
I played it after watching the stream archive of brutalmoose playing the demo, since he's too scared to play the full game.
I did play it on mute so I may have missed some things.
It’s been over six months since I played this game, and it’s still one of the most brilliant and unparalleled games I’ve ever experienced. I often listen to the music from the game, and the memories of the story fill me with both terror and admiration. You’re a genius, Alex Craig!
This game has inspired me in ways that no other ever will again. The visuals to the story to the music. It's simple compared to the complexities of other indie projects, but there is an aspect of true childhood ignorance and helplessness that I have yet to see be captured in the way that this game does!
Oh man this game will always have a special place in my heart. It was a first game I've played on itch.io and It was love at first sight. The simplisity of the world, the twisted narrative and GORFIELD. Everything is so good. I love it dearly <3
I Love the classic PC game liminal art style, reminds me of the old screen saver on my grandmas computer. Will you be needing any voice actors in your future games? I'd love to work with you.

will there be a part two or continuation
nice game, it's a pity that you can't determine the screen resolution

cool !!!
This is amazing but if you are the first time playing this masterpiece, you will get confused. Anyways, it's fun to play, and 10/10 in my opinion :)
this took forever but i loved it so much, had lore in it, 10/10 would play it again

nice
Watched this project for a while really cool game
this was super entertaining and i really liked the element of cosmic horror.
I enjoyed the vibe ! wp !
My favourite horror game, it's just so unique, and it's phenomenally scary. A very dark backstory. I really hope you're making more fantastic games!
I'm really interested on how you got the CRT color bleeding / magnet effect to work, is that a plugin you can find or did you write that yourself?
just curious. Is the soundtrack copyrighted? Just to be sure. Also amazing game!!! I just cant play it because I suck at the last part (I gave up lol)
